Accordion festival features Emy Dragoi opening performance

This year's International Sleepless Nights Accordion festival will open with a jazz performance by Romanian accordionist Emy Dragoi on Wednesday, October 20, at the Tete-a-Tete Coffee Art & Chill (Herastrau park, near the Japanese Garden; 0728.668.463, teteatete2009@yahoo.com)MAP
The event wil also feature Costel Nitescu as special guest playing the violin.

The festival will continue from October 22 to October 24 at the Odeon Theater in Bucharest (40-42 Calea Victoriei). MAP

Emy Dragoi is one of the best jazz accordionists known internationally. He comes from a family of accordionist performers in Ploiesti and has also studied piano at the Bill Evans Jazz Academy in Paris.
