Bucharest-based company Customer Focus Romania has concluded a partnership with UP! Your Service, the global education and consulting company founded by Ron Kaufman.

Kaufman is one of the world's most sought-after educators, consultants, thought-leaders and keynote speakers on the topic of achieving superior service. He is also the author of the New York Times bestseller book Uplifting Service and 14 other books on service, business and inspiration.

UP! Your Service will provide their programs and courses in Romania through Customer Focus. "Romania is very lucky because it is the first country in Eastern Europe where Service Education and Consulting will now be available and we are looking forward to provide Ron's principles on Uplifting Service to Romanian corporations,” said Elena Calin, CEO of Customer Focus.
