Autoliv Romania, the local subsidiary of the Swedish car parts producer Autoliv, has signed a partnership with local real estate developer Iulius Group for renting 5,100 sqm of office space in the United Business Center 2 office building within the real estate complex Openville Timisoara.

The new location for the Autoliv engineering center in Timisoara will be inaugurated this fall when the UBC 2 building is completed.

This is the first of the seven office buildings developed by the Iulius group in the complex Openville Timisoara. It has a rentable area of 18,000 sqm.
