Google Romania has named Elisabeta Moraru as the company’s new CEO. She replaces Dan Bulucea, who took an international role as Google’s New Business Manager for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, in June this year.

Elisabeta Moraru has 15 years of experience in sales and marketing. She has been working for Google Romania since April 2012 as Industry Manager, counseling the company’s clients and partners on the use of digital marketing solutions.

She has also been a supporter of digital solutions in the local education and media, having initiated several programs dedicated to schools, universities, and the media.

Before joining Google, Elisabeta Moraru worked for Xerox and Microsoft Romania. She also worked for several years in the public sector, as a project assistant in the Ministry of Interior and Administration.
