Greek singer Antonis Remos to perform in Romania this fall

Antonis Remos, the Greek singer who became famous for combining traditional elements of the laiko genre with pop music in an original way, will perform in Romania this fall. His concert is scheduled to take place at Sala Palatului in Bucharest on October 20.

During this event, organized with the support of the Greek Union, the artist will entertain the audience with dance hits, ballads, and impressive demonstrations of contemporary laiko.

Remos was born in Germany in June 1970. Later his family decided to move to the native Greece, where Antonis Remos finished school and started to get involved with music.

In 1995, the artist had his first live appearance in Athens and signed his first contract with Sony Music Greece. The next year, in 1996, Remos released his first album, which became platinum in a few months. His second album came out in 1998 and also gained platinum status. He then continued to grow as a music artist and know more success.
