Romania’s Prime Minister Dacian Ciolos had a net salary of RON 15,825 (EUR 3,550) in January this year, according to an official document published on the Government’s General Secretariat website.

The document includes the net salaries of the Government’s officials in January 2016.

The Government’s General Secretary Sorin Chelmu, and the Prime Minister’s chief of staff Daniel Tudorache, earned some EUR 3,100 net in January, reports local Digi24.

State secretaries and state counselors make EUR 1,160 net per month, the same document shows.
