Brasov-based Coresi Shopping Resort has attracted over eight million visitors in the first year after its launch.

The shopping mall welcomed over one million visitors in the first month after its opening. About 22,000 people have visited the shopping center daily.

The sales of all the retailers in Coresi reached EUR 60 million in the first year. The mall currently has an occupancy rate of 100% and hosts over 120 brands.

In October 2015, the project’s developers expanded it by adding a new commercial park called Street Coresi. It will include 12 commercial spaces and 450 parking places. The total investment amounts to EUR 10 million.

The Coresi mall was developed by Immochan, the real estate division of Auchan group.
