Romanian dairy group Albalact’s turnover goes over EUR 100 mln
Dairy group Albalact increased its turnover by 8.9% to EUR 100.9 million last year. Its profit reached EUR 2.8 million.
“We will continue to expand and optimize our distribution activity,” said the Albalact general director Stephane Batoux.
The French group Lactalis acquired a stake of 70.3% in Albalact at the beginning of the year. The Competition Council, however, still needs to approve the transaction.
Lactalis owns the Dorna dairy brand in Romania. Albalact is the biggest dairy company with Romanian capital.
