Sky high dining: New Bucharest restaurant opens at 130 meters above ground
NOR Sky Casual Restaurant has opened in Bucharest, at the 36th floor of the Sky Tower office building, currently the tallest building in Romania. The restaurant is located at over 136 meters above ground, making it one of the high-altitude dining venues of the capital.
It is part of the group of restaurants that already runs in Bucharest the Stadio – Restaurant cu Atrium and Social 1 - Restaurant cu Bar.
The restaurants serves over 36 dishes, inspired by the international cuisine, but also several local specialties, including cheeses and sausages from Transylvania. Besides the general menu, the restaurant offers a breakfast and a personalized lunch menu.
The access to the eatery is made from 201 Barbu Văcărescu boulevard. Parking is available at the Sky Tower premises and nearby Promenada Mall.
Some other Bucharest restaurants offering sky-high views of the capital are 18 Lounge by Embassy, which is located in one of the City Gate towers in Free Press Square, and Sole, located in Crystal Tower, near Dorobanti.
