The British Romanian Chamber of Commerce is looking for a CEO

The British Romanian Chamber of Commerce (BRCC) is looking for a CEO and legal administrator to coordinate its operations.

The main role of the CEO would be “to provide executive leadership to the OBNI project in Romania run by BRCC in partnership with the UK Trade Initiative (UKTI) and develop its strategies towards a successful and financially stable future”.

The British Romanian Chamber of Commerce is the premier business-led organization promoting bilateral trade and investment between the United Kingdom and Romania. It is an independent organization established in 1998 and it has offices in London and Bucharest.

The Overseas Business Networks Initiative (OBNI) is a new source of support for British companies seeking to do business in 41 high-growth, difficult to access markets across the world, including Romania.

The candidate for the CEO position should have at least ten years of experience managing similar organizations (Chamber of Commerce or trade association), must be a good and tactful communicator, and must be willing to travel in Romania, UK, and abroad and work long hours.

The interested candidates can submit their resumes by November 29 and interviews will take place in the second week of December.
