Meteorologists on Friday issued a code yellow snow storm advisory for 14 counties in eastern and southeastern Romania, valid Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning. According to meteorologists, snow and blizzard will occur in Moldova (E), the eastern part of Muntenia (S), Dobrogea (S-E) and the Eastern Carpathians.
A new traditional market was opened in Pipera area on Thursday, December 2, close to the Pipera metro station in the area, on Dimitrie Pompei boulevard.

The freezing rain in Bucharest triggered airline Tarom to cancel all its flights, according to Romanian media. In total, 47 domestic and external flights have been canceled, according to Realitatea TV, which didn't mention the period during which the flights will be canceled.
