Metamorphosis is a self-and-team-piloting course, especially structured for line managers, top managers and entrepreneurs who are willing to sail through the crisis.

You are good at what you do and you have the results to prove it: as a manager, you lead teams through difficult tasks. Yes, we are going through a tough economic period, yet this doesn’t overwhelm you. You have resources; you know you have what it takes to handle it all. But maybe there is one thing you don’t know: how much more you can actually do. How much more you haven’t yet discovered and activated within yourself.

Trainart, together with the stage director and trainer Dan Vasile, invite you to take part in a total experience about and for the rediscovery (and re-launching) of yourself in relation to you and to the others, by using a selection of techniques that directors use in coordinating teams of actors. You will then have what it takes to bring out the most in your teams.

“No matter how exciting the life of a manager is, you must wait for years, maybe even a lifetime to encounter experiences that are so fundamentally explosive that you’ll actually get a personal reset, as an individual. Experiences that force you to find resources, on the spot, intuitively. We found a way to do that within our course. And the techniques we borrowed from a professional actor’s training are, actually, our basis.” says Dan Vasile, trainer and stage director.

The course focuses on a series of exercises and techniques meant to help managers develop authentic skills of stage moves and speech, emotional mobility, non-verbal improvisation and dialogue, management of conflict and many more.
