This summer brings about the 10th edition of LEADERS School, edition that marks the 5 year anniversary of the program. In between the 5th and 11th of august, Orizont Hotel in Predeal will be the host of the first leadership school in Romania that offers its participants a unique experience of personal and professional transformation. The young people in search of novel experiences can now register on the website of the program. 

LEADERS Foundation continues the tradition, bringing in the program important leaders from business, arts, sports, or the civil society. Moreover, the most appreciated speakers and trainers will be present in order to support the transformation of the participants into a new generation of leaders for Romania. The special edition of LEADERS School will benefit from the presence of exceptional people such as Dragoş Anastasiu (President TUI Travel Center & Eurolines), Andrei Roşu (Marathonert), Alexandru Costin (General Manager Adobe Romania) or Adela Jansen (Executive Human Ressources Director BRD Groupe Société Générale).

LEADERS School 10 brings about a series of surprises and special events. For the first time, the alumni of the program will be speakers – they will share with the participants their own success stories and they will talk about their way to becoming leadership champions.

During the previous editions of LEADERS School, the participants took on the challenges of the business simulations: they milked cows and created a new brand of milk, they produced and sold meatballs or cakes, they had been farmers or they developed a new touristic card of Brasov. The challenges of the business simulations gave the participants the chance to put in practice the leadership concepts that they have learned during the program. The special edition brings about a new premiere – the business simulation will be repeated and the public can vote on the preferred challenge at http://www.leaders.ro/programe/leaders-school/simulari-de-afaceri/

Each day of the event approaches a specific theme: personal leadership, communication in leadership, team leadership, and leadership in practice. The subjects will be discussed with the guest speakers and will be further on applied through leadership workshops. At the end, the entrepreneurial and leadership abilities of the participants will be tested by a business simulation that will be supervised by successful Romanian entrepreneurs.

In the last 5 years, LEADERS Foundation invited to the program role-models, real examples of leadership from different fields. Among the successful people that chose to support the youth in their way to progress and performance there are His Royal Majesty Prince Radu of Romania, Dan Pascariu (President Unicredit Ţiriac Bank), Maia Morgenstern (actress), Raed Arafat (SMURD Founder), Marius Ghenea (Entrepreneur), Şerban Toader (CEO KPMG) or Rucsandra Hurezeanu (Founder and General Manager Ivatherm).
