The aim of the event is to inspire managers to build teams in tune with the music and culture of their organizations and - just like an orchestra - to achieve professional excellence and outstanding performance.

In a magical and inspiring evening, the participants will have the opportunity to learn how to create dedicated and strategically aligned teams, able to perform with the most difficult challenges.

Under the leadership of the great conductor, composer and famed leadership trainer Maestro Giorgio Fabbri, top leaders such as Leslie Hawke, Radu Georgescu, Dan Pascariu, and Raed Arafat will interpret their vision on what makes a real leader and how to build winning and highly performing teams.

Their recitals will be harmoniously combined with the performances of the internationally acclaimed musicians: the violonist Alexandru Tomescu and the pianist Nicolae Dumitru. The bridge beween business and arts will be created by Maestro Fabbri, who will demonstrate the laws of leadership, through the genius of five of the greatest composers of all times: Bach, Mozart, Brahms, Charlie Parker and Ludwig van Beethoven.
