The Project “Meet the WOMAN!” is targeting women who are at the beginning of their professional career, entrepreneurs or those who are experts in a certain field of activity.

“Meet the WOMAN!” represents events of business networking, of a bi-monthly frequency, offering topical subjects, personal branding, promotion of businesses and women leaders who have reached excellence in their profession.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Virginia Otel has an Executive MBA from ASEBUSS – Post-graduate Business School in collaboration with the Romanian-American University of Washington in Seattle, USA, which she graduated in 1999.

She became Deputy General Manager of Garanti Leasing in November 2011. Since the beginning of 2012 she is also appointed Communication Leader of Guarantee Group in Romania. Prior to 2006, she held the position of Human Resources Manager at Garanti Bank Romania. She also held the position of Human Resources Director and Developing Director of UniCredit Bank Romania between 2001-2006. Between 1998-2001 she was Managing Director of Demir Securities Romania, a financial investment services company in the stock market, being also member of the Board of Directors of the company. Between 1995 and 1998, she worked as Business Development Manager for the Romanian-American Investment Fund, a $ 50 million fund created by the U.S. Government to make capital investments in Romania. In the fall of 1994, Virginia Otel was guest lecturer at Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota, USA. Before 1990, she worked as a Programmer Analyst.

ACCESS TO THE EVENT

The COST of one event shall be of 80 Lei (no VAT shall be charged / coffee break included).

Access to the event shall be possible only upon confirmation of registration. Members of Women in Business shall have precedence.
