Ryan Ross is an internationally recognized authority in the area of ​​evaluating talent for selecting employees and leadership development. With an experience of over 18 years, Ryan has worked in many fields, dealing with Hogan’s strategic alliances and partners around the world. He developed and implemented large-scale multi-level selection programs domestically and internationally and has advised organizations in this direction. He has also extensive experience in validation and use of personality assessments in the context of pre-employment.
