What to expect?
In a nutshell: inspiring speakers, a great networking space and lots of surprize activities in-between speeches.
TEDxBucharest has been preparing for a whole year to bring to you just the right speakers, guests, atmosphere and space to get you in a mental state of creativity, inspiration and motivation. It’s not just another conference. As the organizers themselves express it, it’s a whole day of brain spa. You don’t attend just for the speeches. You don’t attend just for socializing. And you certainly don’t attend just for the amazing buffet. You come to TEDx for the whole package, because it’s not just another conference, it’s an EXPERIENCE. One that you do not want to miss.
What will we be talking about?
TEDxBucharest believes that people reach their full potential when they have strong motivators at work. This is why this year’s event is Driven by Meaning.
Meaning is the single, most important quest in our lives, but finding it is only the beginning. TEDˣBucharest 2012 – Driven by Meaning comes to show the great extent to which brave people can create positive change while following their true desires, principles and values.
In this era of information, globalization and sharing knowledge, all rules are bending. However, in this ever-changing setting, truly remarkable persons that are Driven by Meaning choose to use their skills and abilities as best they can, to create positive impact and determine progress in our society. Find them all, both on and off the stage, at TEDˣBucharest – Driven by Meaning.
In 2012, TEDxBucharest asks speakers and participants alike: What do you believe in? What is your purpose? What is your ultimate goal and how exactly does your work impact your local community? Why do you do what you do and what keeps you going?
