Romanian Calin Dragan has taken over as regional director of Coca Cola in Southeast Asia and the Middle East starting this month, reports local Profit.ro.

He will work in the US company’s headquarters in Singapore.

Between July 2013 and March 2017, Dragan led the Coca Cola operations in Japan.

He started his career in 1993 as a Coca-Cola employee at the logistics departments of Timisoara, Arad, Cluj-Napoca and Bucharest. In 1999, he advanced to sales director at the Bucharest office. Dragan graduated from the Polytechnic University in Timisoara in Western Romania.
