French telecom equipment manufacturer Alcatel Lucent has appointed Romanian Iulian Costea new Head of Customer Marketing for Middle East and Africa. Since March last year, Iulian Costea has been Head of Marketing CIS North and Eastern Europe at Alcatel Lucent.

Iulian Costea, 34, graduated Politehnica University in Bucharest and for a year after that, he was proffesor’s assistant at the same university.  In 2002, he started working at West Bank as a systems engineer, and after 8 month, in December, 2002 he started to work at Alcatel Lucent as a project manager.
