Alina Drăgan is the new executive vice-president in charge of the human resources division with UniCredit Tiriac Bank. She started out in the new position in August this year, after receiving the ok from the Romanian Central Bank (BNR). Dragan will supervise the bank's human resources objectives. She has been heading UniCredit Tiriac's HR department for over a year as executive director. She has previously held various management positions in the same area within the bank.

She is a psychology graduate from the Univerity in Bucharest and holds a master degree in behavior psychology.

She has joined a group of directors made of the executive director and executive president Rasvan Radu, Stanislav Georgiev, who is the financial director and executive vicepresident, Zoltan Major, executive vice-president in charge of the retail division, Daniela Bodirca, executive vice-president in charge of the risk division, and Septimiu Postelnicu, executive vice-president in charge of global business services.
