Ambery Hall has rented 500 sqm in Swan Office & Technology Park for a conference and private events center, becoming the first tenant in the building.

Ambery Hall provides a wide range of services, from corporate events, business seminars, conferences, private events, and will address both external customers and Swan's tenants.

Swan has an area of ​​over 29,000 sqm of commercial and office space. The project was developed by Chayton Capital LLP, after an investment that has exceeded EUR 50 million.
