Famous American singer LP (Laura Pergolizzi) will return to Bucharest this summer to play in the opening of the Kings of Leon concert that will be organized on the National Arena Stadium on June 17.

LP, who has become famous worldwide with her song Lost on you, previously played in Bucharest last autumn.

Born in Long Island, New York, in 1981, Laura Pergolizzi moved to New York City and adopted the stage name LP in 2010. She has released four albums and an EP so far, and wrote songs for well-known artists such as Cher, Christina Aguilera, Backstreet Boys or Rihanna.

Her most recent album, named Lost On You, was released at the end of last year. LP is currently on a tour promoting this album.

Kings of Leon, one of the most popular rock bands in the world, will have their first concert in Bucharest this year. The American band included Romania in the international tour to promote their most recent album, WALLS, which includes songs such as Waste a Moment, WALLS, and Find Me.
