Apartment prices in Romania's Cluj-Napoca, up by 7%
The average prices asked by apartment owners in Cluj-Napoca rose by 7.2% in the first three months of the year compared to the same period in 2015, to EUR 1,197 per sqm.
The amount totaled EUR 1,117 per sqm in the first three months of 2015, according to real estate company Imobiliare.ro.
At a national level, the average apartment prices increased by 6.5% in the first quarter. The highest price increases were registered in Cluj-Napoca and Timisoara, whereas Bucharest and Constanta recorded the lowest growth rates.
In March, the prices demanded by the apartment owners in the whole country slightly dropped compared to February, from EUR 1,015 per sqm to EUR 1,013 per sqm.
