Argo Real Estate Opportunities Fund Limited (AREOF), listed on the AIM London Stock Exchange, plans to buy two shopping centers in Romania, namely ERA Shopping Park Oradea and ERA Sopping Park Iasi, according to the company. The value of the deal was not disclosed.

AEROF's portfolio also includes Shopping City Sibiu and Shopping City Suceava.

ERA Sopping Park Oradea project, developed by Omilos Group management company, has a total area of 180,168 sqm. The value of investment in this shopping center reached EUR 80 million. ERA Shopping Park Iasi is the largest commercial area outside Bucharest occupying a total retail area of ​​more than 350,000 sqm.
