ArtMark and ArtSociety organize courses at Institute of Art Management in Romania
The Institute of Art Management in Romania, founded in 2011 by Artmark and ArtSociety, will organize intensive courses over several sessions this year, at Palatul Cesianu-Racoviță in Bucharest. Each session runs for two and a half days , and the courses are led by specialists, art history teachers, museums directors, famous practitioners in the country, and foreign guests.
The first session will be held between April 20 and April 22, 2012, followed by a second between June 22 and June 24. The last course is scheduled for September 14 to September 16, 2012.
The courses will combine themes in the history of art with references to art’s market value, principles and the legal framework for trading, institutions’ roles, case studies of successful collectors and investors, linked with cases in the world of international art.
