The judicial administrator of the Asmita Gardens residential complex in Bucharest sold a penthouse located in the project’s tallest tower, at a height of 92 meters.

The apartment was purchased without furnishings for EUR 372,000, and the buyer plans to make changes in terms of internal structure to get the desired place.

The penthouse is located at the 25th floor and has an area of 186 sqm and a 205 sqm terrace.

Inaugurated in June 2012 following an investment of EUR 120 million, Asmita Gardens is developed on a surface of 27,000 sqm. Of the 765 apartments, 336 are still available for sale.

Asmita Gardens is currently managed by Euro Insol, a company specialized in judicial reorganization.
