Most bank branches in Romania will close down on Monday, April 16, the second day of he Orthodox Easter.

Some exceptions will be bank branches located inside hypermarkets and shopping malls, that will be open based on the retailer's schedule, or the bank unit at the Henri Coanda airport, which will also be open.

The first and second days of Easter are legal holidays in Romania – the first is always a Sunday, so Romanian employees usually don't work on Monday.
