The association between BCR, SSIF Intercapital Invest and Swiss Capital has won the bid to intermediate the listing of 15 percent in Romanian state company Transelectrica on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The association submitted the only offer and was validated by the Romanian Economy, Trade and Business Ministry. The Ministry will continue with negociations with the winner to establish the details of the contracts.

Transelectrica has already listed 10 percent of its shares on the BSE (symbol TEL). A secondary package of 15 percent will also be listed. Transelectrica runs the electricity system in Romania.
