Romania’s projectors market increased by 7.5 percent in the first six months of 2013, according to the data provided by analysis company Future Source Consulting.

“On the entire market, sales of home cinema projectors had an advance of 29 percent in the first six months of this year, over the same period last year, which shows that this segment evolves towards a maturity level, and consumers are no longer oriented towards price, but towards more efficient products that meet their needs,” added Dragos Salamac.

Moreover, the projectors created for the business segment recorded a 7 percent increase in the first half of the year, according to Future Source Consulting. The educational segment recorded a decrease of 3.5 percent, but this trend is expected to be corrected in the second half of 2013.
