Best Distribution, which distributes video games, posted EUR 7.2 million in sales in 2009, which was up 25 percent on the previous year, the company has announced. This was due to an increase in the portfolio of products and increasing sales efforts. The company plans an increase of 10 percent this year.

“A big part of the increase was due to the official entry of certain publishers on the video games market in Bulgaria, but also due to the development of this market in our country, which was up 5 percent,” said Andrea Allardin, general manager of Best Distribution. Bucharest and Constanta were the first two cities in terms of sales for the firm, with 40 and 7 percent, respectively.

Best Distribution is owned by the Greek company CD Media.
