BNP Paribas Real Estate names Romania chairman of the board Philippe Mer CEE regional manager
BNP Paribas Real Estate has recently named Philippe Mer Head of Territories for Central and Eastern Europe, which includes Romania, Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic. He is tasked with several missions, namely to increase the company’s Property Management business, currently with some 350,000 sqm of assets under management, and develop this segment in Romania, while developing the divisions of transaction and valuation in Poland.
Philippe Mer has also been appointed as company’s CEO in Poland, and he remains Chairman of the Board of Directors in Romania. He joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in March 2008. He was a Director in the company’s International Division that is in charge of monitoring business in Central and Eastern Europe and also for the alliances network.
