British band Suede to play in Bucharest for the first time

Britpop band Suede will throw a concert in Romania on June 4, at the Arenele Romane in capital city Bucharest, according to One Event, which organizes the concert. The concert in Bucharest is part of a series which marks the reunion of the band, that split up in 2003, but got back together especially for this series of concerts.

Suede has launched five studio albums and received a Golden Disk as well as the Mercury prize. Suede are an English alternative rock band, formed in London in 1989. The group's most prominent early line-up featured singer Brett Anderson, guitarist Bernard Butler, bass player Mat Osman and drummer Simon Gilbert. Tickets for the Bucharest concert are available in the Eventim network, in Germanos, Orange, Vodafone, Domo stores and in the Humanitas and Carturesti bookshops. Ticket prices will be of RON 100, 130, 150 until April 17 and RON 130, 160 and 180 from April 18 until June 4.
