British School of Bucharest students build ice classroom
A team of ten students from the British School of Bucharest, led by one of the school’s graduates, has built an ice classroom in just 11 days.
The classroom has a total weight of 20 tons, and the bricks used for its construction were made of snow and water, according to a statement from the British School.
The ice classroom is currently hosting several of the school’s classes, from math to music, so that the students can experience this unusual way of learning.
British School of Bucharest was opened in 2000 and includes kindergarten and first and secondary education for children aged two to 18. Some 500 children are currently students at the British School.
