Bucharest Charity Fashion Show returns with new edition

The second edition of Bucharest Charity Fashion Show (BCFS) takes place on March 29, at Stejarii Country Club.

The event, co-hosted by Fundatia Inovatii Sociale Regina Maria and International Women’s Association of Bucharest (IWA), aims to raise the funds needed to open of two new dental practices in the social clinics of the foundation. One clinic will meet the needs of children and adults with disabilities and another will be dedicated to complex cases of dental surgery.

Six top Romanian designers will be on the stage of the event: Eli Laslean, Simona Semen, Diana Dianu, Aleha Toncea, Alexandra Calafeteanu and Svetlana Karahan. They will present their newest collections and offer for auction original fashion pieces, as well as reinterpreted versions of the traditional costumes of participating countries. The show will be hosted by Teo Trandafir. It will close with a parade of traditional costumes from around the world.

More than 250 personalities are expected to attend the event: businessmen, media and public figures, influencers, Presidential Administration representatives and top-ranking diplomats.
