The National Property Restitution Authority in Romania will receive an additional amount of EUR 103 million to pay damages imposed on the institution, while the Ministry of Justice will get about EUR 93 million to pay court verdicts on labour rights, according to the draft legislation for the third budget revision in 2014, cited by local Agerpres.

The Public Ministry will receive an extra EUR 47 million, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, some EUR 39 million, the Ministry of Transport, EUR 38 million, the Ministry of Education, EUR 31 million, while the Ministry of National Defence, EUR 16 million, according to the third budget revision in 2014. Salary payments following court orders will generate an increase in the state social security contributions, which will lead to higher revenues to the state social security budget.
