Bulgarian gets helm of Coca-Cola for the region
Evguenia Stoichkova (in picture) is the new operations director for Coca-Cola in Romania, Bulgaria, the Republic of Moldova and Albania. She has replaced Dragos Militaru, who has left the company to join UPC. Stoichkova is Bulgarian and has been working with Coca-Cola since 2004. Previoulsy, she has worked for ten years with Danone. She has graduated the Geology University in Sofia and the Copernic Economy program in Paris. Before stepping up to the new position, Stoichkova was head of the non-carbonated drinks division in South – East Europe as brand director for still beverages. “Although the macro-economical context is a difficult one, together with our bottling partners we will continue the efforts to improve the efficiency of our business […],” said Evguenia Stoichkova Coca-Cola Romania is a subsidiary of the Coca Cola Company and owns the company's brands and the concentrate for beverages. Coca Cola Hellenic is the bottling company which produces, distributed and sells products under a license.
