The company Elohim Net, which provides call center services in the tourism industry, has leased an office space of 1,800 sqm in Barba Center located in Pipera-Tunari area, Bucharest, according to DTZ Echinox, which brokered the lease.

Barba Center consists of two Class A buildings with a total renting space for offices of around 40,000 sqm. The facilities offered by the business center include a sprinkler system, air conditioning systems, cooling and heating with a single system, eight lifts in each building and a total of 480 parking places. Moreover, inside one of the buildings, is the Alexander Hotel, with over 70 rooms available.

Renault Technologie Roumanie, Alexander Hotel, Alexander Events and Unit On Lines currently occupies over 24,000 sqm of the total 42,000 renting area.

In recent months, DTZ Echinoz brokered rental transactions for a cumulative area of some 12,000 sqm, mainly for IT and construction companies.
