Carrefour moves office to Green Court Bucharest

French retailer Carrefour Romania will move its headquarters this year to the Green Court office building, in northern Bucharest.

The company has signed a lease with Swedish developer Skanska for 6,850 sqm in the second building of Green Court Bucharest. Real estate company CBRE has brokered the transaction.

The new contract increases the building’s occupancy rate to 61%.

The new office building, where about 500 Carrefour employees will work, will also include a Carrefour Market store.

Green Court Bucharest is the first project which Skanska developed in Romania and features three office buildings stretching over 52,000 sqm.
