Tibor Pandi is the head of local operations for lender Citibank, according to the bank. Pandi was previously head of operations for the Central European countries, where he coordinated activities on 12 markets. He is replacing Shahmir Khaliq, who has been promoted as head of operations for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Khaliq has been running the local operations for Citibank for the last four years.
