Coresi Shopping Resort, the retail center developed by Immochan in Brasov, central Romania, has reached an occupancy rate of 80%. One of the most recent contracts was signed with Swedish clothing retailer H&M, which leased 2,200 sqm. Immochan also announced new contracts with iStyle Apple Premium Reseller and Office Shoes, reports local Wall-street.ro.

Work on the new shopping center progresses according to plan, and over two thirds of the building was completed. Coresi Shopping Resort will be delivered in the first quarter of 2015. It will comprise an Auchan hypermarket, which will cover over 13,000 sqm, as well as shops of brands such as Inditex, Kenvelo, Yves Rocher, Flanco, TUI Travel, Arsis-Vodafone or Sensiblu.

The investment in the new retail center is estimated at EUR 60 million. It will also feature an entertainment area, a 3,200-sqm cinema with 8 digital screens and a 32,000 – sqm retail galleria.
