Major warehouse owner CTP pours EUR 65 mln in project north of Bucharest
Real estate developer CTP, the largest owner of warehouses in Romania, announced that it is investing EUR 65 million in a new project close to Bucharest that is going to be delivered starting this autumn until the end of 2021.
Located in Stefanesti, Ilfov county, on a 21-hectares plot of land, CTP Bucharest North will be connected to Bucharest's ring road and to partially built A3 motorway (to Ploiesti).
It will include ten flexible storage units. Construction works started in March 2020.
The investor received the necessary permits for 100,000 sqm of warehouses, out of which the first building (20,000 sqm) will be ready in November.
"Our EUR 65 mln investment in CTPark Bucharest North will make the park the ideal place for growing businesses north of Bucharest," said Ana Dumitrache, CTP Country Manager.
The park's first customer is DSV Group, a global transportation and logistics provider and a long-term partner of CTP, which rented 10,000 sqm.
