Arriving in Romania on the same day as American vicepresident Joe Biden, the Czech Republic president Miloš Zeman will meet his Romanian counterpart today (Tuesday, May 20) in Bucharest.

Zeman is on an official visit to Romania, and is to meet president Basescu at 11:30 today at the Cotroceni Palace, then attend a joint press conference at 13:00.

After 14:00, Zeman will attend the Romanian – Czech Business Forum at the Romanian Central Bank headquarters. Later in the evening, he will attend a dinner organized by the Romanian president.

Basescu will meet Joe Biden today too, after meeting the Oracle president and CFO Safta Catz, who is currently in Romania.
