Czech real estate developer buys third logistic park in Romania for EUR 10 mln
Czech real estate developer CTP has bought the Deva Logistics Park from Belgian entrepreneur Yves Weerts for EUR 10 million, according to Capital.
The company, which holds 120 hectares of land in Romania, has bought another two logistics parks in the country in the last months, namely the Mercury Logistics Park, near Bucharest, and the Cefin Logistic Park, near Arad. CTP paid some EUR 25 million for the two parks.
Deva Logistics Park, which is located near Deva, in central-western Romania, was built by Yves Weerts between 2009 and 2011 for the French retailer Carrefour.
The park has a total area of 43,000 sqm and has 1.7 hectares of land available for expansion.
This spring, CTP announced that it had EUR 100 million for investments in Romania. CTP owns over 2.5 million sqm of logistic property in Central and Eastern Europe.
