Car dealer Mercedes-Benz Romania recently appointed a new CEO, Boris Billich, replacing Michael Grewe, who will move to be CEO for Mercedes-Benz Thailand. This is not Billich's first encounter with Romania, he was previously market manager for Central and Eastern Europe, and coordinated the light commercial vehicles division for Mercedes – Benz in Romania.

His most recent position is that of CEO of Mercedes-Benz Truck Vostok in Russia. He previously worked in the United Arab Emirates, and the Czech republic.

Grewe leaves Romania after seven years of activity with Daimler AG's subsidiary in the country.
