Deutsche Telekom's IT division T-Systems opens Romanian subsidiary
T-Systems, the IT services division of German Deutsche Telekom, has opened a subsidiary in Romania. The company is called T-Systems ICT Romania and is managed by Peter Ilosvai, the head of T-System in Hungary and by Roman Kuka, according to Ziarul Financiar, quoting data from the Official Gazette.
The company is active on the IT services and consultancy segment. Deutsche Telekom controlls local Romtelecom, Cosmote and Germanos through its participation in Greek OTE.
