Real estate developer Morad Group has begun the construction of two new apartment blocks in Bucharest, within the Onix Residence residential compound. The investment amounts to EUR 12 million.

The complex, which is located near the Grozavesti and Eroilor metro stations, will include 425 apartments with one, two or three rooms. The total investment in the compound will thus reach EUR 25 million.

The company decided to kick off construction of the last two buildings of the Onix Residence project, due the high sales recorded for the first two apartment blocks, said Akram Aoun, vice-president Morad Group. The first apartment block is sold completely, and the second one, which is due by the end of the year, is 90% pre-acquired.
