Dracula-themed Romanian restaurant opens in SW England city

19 January 2018

A Dracula-themed Romanian restaurant opened in central Bristol, a city in Southwest England, offering Romanian traditional dishes to its clients.

The new place, called Transylvania Restaurant, is run by Romanians who have also worked in Italy, Bristolpost.co.uk reported. It is decorated with spooky waxwork figures, framed photos of Gothic models with blood red lips, and tables that are covered in black cloths with red napkins and tall candelabras.

The menu covers both countries and includes soups, Romanian dish tochitura cu mamaliguta (which the menu says is Dracula’s favorite), and Romanian dessert papanasi.

The restaurant opened in December 2017.
