Dutch-Czech real estate developer CTP has completed the acquisition of the logistics park Bucharest West from Portland Trust.
The deal is worth EUR 80 million, according to CTP representatives cited by local Economica.net.
The logistics park is located on an 11-ha plot and has a rentable area of 130,000 sqm. The developer has changed the park’s name to CTPark Bucharest.
Its tenants include the companies DSV, Iron Mountain, Tibbett Logistics, Equest Logistics, and Welde Romania. CTP has recently signed a contract with Quehenberger Logistics for leasing 19,000 sqm within CTPark Bucharest West.
CTP has been one of the most active buyers in the local logistic real estate segment with over EUR 150 million worth of acquisitions this year. The group also bought 20 hectares for new developments near the Bucharest West park, 15 hectares near Sibiu’s western industrial area, and other logistic parks in Deva, Arad, and Bucharest.
