Dutch-Czech logistic developer has EUR 100 mln investment plans for Romania
Dutch-Czech developer CTP plans invest at least EUR 100 million in Romania this year.
The company became the biggest owner of logistics spaces in the local market last year, after buying six properties. CTP currently has a portfolio of about 400,000 sqm in Romania.
In the next years, it plans to develop a portfolio of one million sqm of rentable space in Romania, said Remon Vos, CTP CEO, cited by local Economica.net. The company is interested in both buying and developing, Vos added.
At a European level, CTP owns industrial parks in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and has also entered Hungary and Ukraine. The company has a total portfolio of 3.2 million sqm of logistic and industrial spaces.
