The European Commission has recently approved a EUR 30 million aid scheme for Romania's farming segment, aiming to help farmers who find it hard to get loans during this period. The aid within this program is time – limited and structured as loans.

The aid mainly addressed farmers in the primary agricultural production segment, provided that they face difficulties.
